Our Studio
MARI Designstudio is a dynamic collective of multidisciplinary professionals currently based in Chicago, founded in 2018 by Austrian information designer Mariella Marx. She is a certified designer with an MBA and a background in science gained through working with research organizations, healthcare companies, and tech startups.
Our Focus
We are committed to making scientific research more tangible and accessible. What sets us apart is that we not only speak the language of design and traditional marketing, but also that of science. This allows us to turn common marketing tools into scientific communication tools. An extensive discovery phase is key to our work, as we consider a deep understanding of the research topic essential for a design that is both functional and aesthetic.
